Cobalt Cottage is located in the heart of Prince Edward County where it blends in among the heritage street-scape of Picton. This cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 persons (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning is included. Linens are NOT included but can be added for a fee. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For your safety we suggest that all guests bring their own blankets and pillows for their own protection. We have also implemented a $25.00 COVID-19 disinfecting fee.

CLEANING IS INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy

LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be added for a fee (sheets 19.00/set, towels 9.50/set)

Bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied

ONE beach pass is included for use during your stay

Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap, shampoo, hair dryer etc.

Drinking Water: The water supply is municipally treated so should be safe for drinking

Located halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, it's a wonderful spot for get-togethers and a home base for your Prince Edward County adventure. It's just a short walk away from downtown where you’ll enjoy many shops, restaurants, cafes, galleries, and the historic Regent Theatre, as well as the picturesque Picton Harbour. Best of all, Cobalt Cottage is no more than 20 minutes from all popular destinations in 'The County' including the Sandbanks Provincial Park. One beach pass is included with your rental..

The covered front veranda is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the world go by. You'll also appreciate the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and there's a more formal dining area with a patio door leading out onto the backyard deck. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with Smart TV, a laundry/mudroom, and a 3 piece bathroom. The second level consists of three spacious bedrooms with window AC units as well as a second bathroom with tub/shower combo. In the evenings, you can dine outdoors on the back deck and grill to your heart's content on the propane BBQ.

While visiting Prince Edward County, you can take advantage of the wonderful scenery, country roads, sand dunes, beaches, golf courses, fishing, festivals and farm markets that the County offers. Visit the museums, theatre, art galleries, artisans, and antique shops that abound. Enjoy a day of tasting and discovery at local wineries and craft breweries, and be tempted by the restaurants featuring dishes made from local farm product.
