Welcome to Pebble Beach Place, a three bedroom waterfront cottage overlooking the waters of Adolphus Reach and part of the Bay of Quinte. This cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning is included. Linens are NOT included but can be added for a fee. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For your safety we suggest that all guests bring their own blankets and pillows for their own protection. We have also implemented a $25.00 COVID-19 disinfecting fee. 

  • Accommodates a maximum of 6 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019)
  • CLEANING IS INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy
  • LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be added for a fee (sheets 17.00/set; towels 8.50/set)
  • Bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied
  • TWO beach passes are included for use during your stay
  • Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap and shampoo
  • Depending on water levels, the dock may or may not be in the water and shoreline may not be accessible
  • Drinking Water: The water supply comes from a well, therefore Ontario water regulations advise that you either purchase drinking water or boil it before using it for drinking.
  • Features Available: WiFi, TV/DVD with Apple TV, central air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher
  • Features NOT Available: cable/satellite
  • Sorry - no pets allowed. Please note that this is not a pet-free home. The owners do have dogs that stay at the cottage occasionally

    The large windows provide a breathtaking view of the bay as well as a bright and cheerful ambiance for the newly built Viceroy cottage. This home features an open and spacious layout on two levels with a walk-out basement. On the main level are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the open concept living - dining - kitchen area. The basement includes a third bedroom and bathroom plus a family room with kitchenette. What a great set up for two families! Enjoy the outdoors from the wrap-around deck on the main level or the shadier patio area under the deck.

    The large level yard is ideal for a game of soccer or badminton, and the young at heart will enjoying relaxing in the hammock. For the swimmers and fishers in the group, there is 110' of pebble beachfront and a 52' dock with a bench and ladder. If you bring your boat, there's a boat launch close by. After spending a day on the water, you can grill a summer feast on the BBQ and dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the bay. In the evening, you'll enjoy watching the sun set over the water as you gather around the large fire pit area for a campfire.

    Pebble Beach Place is located in the Prinyer's Cove area and about 20 minutes east of Picton where you'll find groceries and all the basic supplies you'll need for your vacation. Be sure to visit the Sandbanks Provincial Park which is about a 35 minute drive away. Two beach passes are included with your rental.


    You will enjoy this quiet, scenic rural area in the east end of Prince Edward County. The natural beauty provides a great backdrop for cycling, strolling, or a memorable drive along country roads. Nearby you'll find the Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company as well as several wineries. Take some time to visit the natural wonder of Lake-on-the-Mountain and from that viewpoint you can look down to see the Glenora Ferry crossing the bay below. You may also enjoy Rose Museum where you'll find information about the Loyalist history of this area. 

    While you're staying in Prince Edward County, be sure to check out the other attractions including the many wineries and vineyards throughout this designated wine region. If you're looking for adventure, you can picnic at one of the many local beaches; relax at a spa; shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops; dine out at a fine restaurant or pub; play a round of golf; tour the County on bicycle; take a hike at the Dunes; try your luck at fishing; or check out the local farm markets.
