The proportionate amount of your holiday home taxes, utilities, insurance, mortgage interest, and maintenance costs, as well as our fees may be deductible from the income, however you should consult your accountant to ensure that you take advantage of all allowable deductions.

Please note that we're only able to accept a limited number of new property listings each season. First of all, the property must be available during our high season (primarily July and August). We usually only consider places in the southern half of the County, and preferably waterfront cottages and/or larger fully detached homes. Our usual intake period is from late September to April.
