3 bedrooms - UPSTAIRS - queen bed in master suite, twin bed in 2nd bedroom. MAIN FLOOR - queen loft bed + bunk beds. Sleeps 7.

2 bathrooms - 4 piece bathroom on main floor with large clawfoot tub. 2 piece open concept ensuite in master bedroom. All bathroom fixtures are reclaimed.

Well equipped L-shaped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & other accessories. Dining area includes a table and a butcher block counter with milk can stools.

  • Please bring your own sheets, towels, and kitchen linens.
  • Toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, and garbage bags will be supplied.
  • Cleaning service is not included.
POLICIES
  • Maximum 7 persons; no more than 5 adults
  • Pets allowed with pre-approval. Pet fee applies - $50/week or $7.50/day
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
  • $250 security deposit required
