"The White House" is a modern, fully furnished two bedroom guest house which is perfect for those looking for quiet, private, and completely independent holiday get-away.

This beautiful village home has one queensize bedroom, one small double bedroom. and one double hide-away bed in the living area. The house sleeps six comfortably (two per bed). Each bed has blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, kitchen linens, and towels.

The living area is fully furnished with couches, side tables, lamps, TV, VCR, movies, and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with six chairs, a table, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee perculator, tea kettle, Britta Water Filter, tea pot, dishes, cups , glasses, pots, frying pans, barbeque utensils, can opener, wine cork screw, and cleaning accessories.

A four piece bathroom, laundry facilities, closets and storage space make the "White House a true home away from home.

The outside deck with barbeque, picnic table and lawn chairs, make outside dining a wonderful experience. Those with a youthful spirit will enjoy playing in the enormous back yard. The house is situated on 1.5 acres of private property overlooking the Bay of Quinte in Northport.

Weekly Rate in July & August: $975 (GST exempt). Maximum six occupants.

Low Season Rates: $680/week, $340/weekend (2 nights), $135/weeknight - minimum 2 night stay
