A Sandbanks Retreat - The Farmhouse

The Sandbanks Retreat Farmhouse is a recently renovated farmhouse located by the gates to the Sandbanks Provincial Park. Rental includes access to 250’ of privately owned beach with shared facilities – you can drive or walk there (less than 1 km). The farmhouse is split into two units – the larger unit, known as Le Ti’ Maison Bleu, has 2 bedrooms and a loft bed on the 2nd level, an open concept living/dining room, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a 4 piece bathroom on the main level. It also has a deck that overlooks the gardens and pond, complete with propane BBQ and comfy outdoor furnishings. The other unit is a contemporary one room studio apartment named Le Ti’ Apartmement with kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, double hide-a-way bed, and gas fireplace.

Beach Access: shared access to 250' privately owned beach adjacent to Sandbanks Outlet Beach. Access includes a double chaise lounge & umbrella plus a great view. Shared facilities at beach include a cabana, fridge, BBQ, & table.

Linens & Supplies: Blankets and pillows are provided.  Please bring your own sheets, towels, & kitchen linens

Cleaning: Cleaning service is not included

Parking: 2 cars maximum per rental

Le Ti' Maison Bleu - Two bedroom farmhouse with one double bed, two twin beds, a loft with queen bed, and a double hide-a-bed in the living room - sleeps 8. Pellet stove in living room. 4 piece bathroom. State-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen with wolfe stove, microwave, dishwasher. Satellite TV/DVD player, ceiling fans, propane BBQ/deck/patio furniture, shared firepit.
