If you enjoy the nostalgia of retro memorabilia, you'll get a kick out of the collection at the Retro Guest House. Each room has been decorated with mementos or reproductions from the past which are bound to bring back some memories!

This centrally located, modern bungalow  with walkout basement is located on the outskirts of Picton and an 11 minute drive from the Sandbanks Provincial Park. You can rent the main floor for groups of 8 and less or you can rent the entire house for larger groups. The lower level, which has 2 doors that access the back yard, has 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a rec room.

LINENS & SUPPLIES

CLEANING
  • Blankets and pillows are provided
  • Toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, and garbage bags will be supplied
  • Please bring your own sheets, towels, and kitchen linens
  • Cleaning service is not included.

POLICIES
  • Capacity: Main floor - maximum 8 persons; no more than 6 adults. Both floors - maximum 12 persons; no more than 8 adults.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
  • $250 security deposit required

    • Note: Lower Level is only available as an add-on to Main Level - it can't be rented separately.

    • Low Season (Sep 1/07 - June 27/08, Aug 30/08 - Jun 26/09) - minimum 2 nights
