Sandbanks Suite is located on the 1st level - a 1700 sq foot walk-out basement apartment with lots of large windows overlooking the water. The suite is accessible via two patio doors. The interior is very light and bright, and it's also nice and cool during the summer months. This unit is moderately furnished and decorated, and the floor is ceramic tile with some area rugs.

KITCHEN

Well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.

CLEANING

Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own sheets, towels, and kitchen linens.

Toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, and garbage bags will be supplied.

Cleaning service is not included.
POLICIES
  • Maximum 6 persons - no more than 4 adults. Families and couples welcome.
  • No pets
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 3 pm; Check-out 11 am
  • $250 security deposit

  • High Season (June 28/08 - Aug 29/08) - weekly only - Saturday to Saturday
  • Low Season (Sep 1/07 - Jun 27/08, Aug 30/08 - Jun 26/09) - nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals - minimum of 2 nights required.
