Sunset Paradise

Enjoy the spectacular view of the Sandbanks Beach from this waterfront estate on Athol Bay in Prince Edward County. In addition to the great view and the gorgeous sunsets, Sunset Paradise is ideally located for water sports, and it's only a 5 minute drive (or a short paddle) to the Sandbanks - a great vacation spot for families!

While staying at Sunset Paradise, you are within 20 minutes of most area attractions including wineries, artisan and antique shops, fine restaurants and pubs, golf courses, theatres, a zoo, and local historical interests.

Water sports

The newly constructed 4700 square foot estate house is split into three self-catering one-storey apartment suites The Belanger family resides in the second level suite during the summer months

and they’re delighted to be able to offer the other two suites to vacationers throughout the holiday season. You'll also feel at ease whether your mother tongue is English or French as the Belangers are bilingual.

Sunset Paradise is a work-in-progress and has been priced accordingly, especially given its proximity to the Sandbanks Beach. The apartments are now completely finished and newly furnished however the landscaping is only partially finished at this point in time. This property offers lots of value and the hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Accommodations at Sunset Paradise

  • Two suites are available. They can be rented individually or combined to accommodate larger groups. The two suites are connected via a common inside stairway.
  • Each suite is self-contained with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, and a separate entrance.
  • Rental of each suite includes a beach pass to the Sandbanks.
