The most efficent way to market your property is via the Web. We estimate that 90% of our rentals are generated this way. A website can convey a lot of information - photos, a detailed description, availability, how to make a reservation, contact information, etc. The more information that is provided, the easier it is for potential clients to see what you have to offer,
and they are able to make an informed decision without having to ask a lot of questions.
Another point to keep in mind is that a website is only as good as its links or connections. In order for people to find your website, they need to be aware that it exists and this is where advertising is important - to connect potential renters to your website.
