This comfortable and well maintained 3 bedroom home offers the best of all worlds. Located in the lakeside village of Wellington in Prince Edward County, you're only a stone's throw from the public beach and boardwalk, and a short stroll to the lakeside park and the inviting downtown with its local conveniences. Wellington is centrally located to many of the local wineries and is halfway between the beaches of Sandbanks and North Beach.

As the name implies, the lake provides nice, cool breezes on hot, summer days and location of the property ensures a great viewpoint of Lake Ontario from several of the rooms as well as from the backyard deck. There's also an above ground pool in the backyard for your swimming enjoyment. You'll find the backyard a great place to relax, lulled by the gently slapping waves on the lakeshore and surrounded by the nicely landscaped grounds.

If you're looking for adventure, you can tour the local wineries, spend the day at one of the local beaches or spas, shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops, dine out at a fine restaurant or pub, play a round of golf, tour the County on bicycle, explore West Lake by kayak, try your luck at fishing, or check out the local farm markets.

Why not take to the water for diving, canoeing,sailing, rowing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and fishing or explore the rich Loyalist heritage and discover why this is home to so many talented artists and photographers?   • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dish & dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags will be supplied
  • Cleaning service is not included

Policies
  • Maximum 8 persons; no more than 6 adults
  • Pets not allowed
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
  • $300 refundable security deposit required
  • Please note that some of the furnishings and accessories will vary from the photos shown. Replacement items will be of an equal standard.
