If you're looking for adventure, you can check out Little Bluff Conservation Area, Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory, Mariners Park Museum, Black River Cheese Company, the local wineries, the Sandbanks Beach, and a multitude of other Prince Edward County attractions. 	KITCHEN	Well equipped L-shaped country kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler.
	FAMILY ROOM DINING ROOM	Open concept - next to kitchen with sliding glass door going out onto deck. Double pullout couch for extra sleeping space.
	LIVING ROOM	Sunken room with large picture window overlooking the water. Wood pellet stove in corner.

	RATES (GST exempt)	Summer/High Season $1050/week Low Season $700/week $350/weekend, $140/night Sun-Thu minimum 2 nights $1100/month
	LINENS & SUPPLIES CLEANING	Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own sheets, towels, and kitchen linens. Toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, and garbage bags will be supplied. Cleaning service is not included.
	POLICIES	Maximum 8 persons - no more than 6 adults No pets No smoking in the cottage Check-in 3 pm; Check-out 11 am $250 security deposit
