With 6 bedrooms, a big country kitchen, 3 newly renovated bathrooms, laundry facilities, a games room with ping pong and foosball, a dining room, living room, library and media room, the Farmhouse provides spacious, comfortable living and lots of fun for children and adults.

Golfers have their pick of several public courses in Picton, Napanee and Bath, while cyclists will love the open roads of Adolphustown Township and nearby Prince Edward County . The County's several orchards and vineyards (great for wine tasting tours) and the famous Sandbanks Provincial Park are all within an easy drive, as are several local historic sites, including the UEL Heritage Centre & Adolphustown Park, where Loyalist settlers first landed in Upper Canada in 1784. Of course, why leave the property? Vacationers will enjoy swimming and excellent fishing in the Bay of Quinte, and boats can be launched at the nearby Glenora Ferry or Adolphustown Park. Relax and play on the maple shaded lawn, enjoy the views of the Bay from the large, hill-top veranda, grill a summer feast on the BBQ, watch the sun set over the rolling fields, and enjoy a campfire under the stars before calling it a night... and then get up and do it again!

Best of all, the Farmhouse is easy to get to. Located only 40 minutes west of Kingston, an hour from the U.S. border, and about 2.5 hours from Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto (with no Muskoka traffic), the Farmhouse has made a wonderful meeting spot for family and friends since 1815 - people have been coming here for ages!
