• Maximum occupancy is 8 persons with no more than 6 adults.
• GST is included in the rates.
• A reservation deposit is due at the time of booking. See reservation and cancellation policies below.
• Check-in is 3:00 pm.
• Check-out is 11:00 am.
• For weekly rentals in high-season, check-in is Saturday and check-out is the following Saturday.
• Payment method - cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard.

Reservation Policy

• Non-refundable reservation deposit of 30% is due within 7 business days of booking for advance reservations; balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

• In order to process your reservation, we'll need to know the following:

• Name of property (Cedar Glen Cottage)

• Requested rental period

• Number of adults and children in your party

• Your name, address,  phone number, and email address
   

Cleaning

Standard policy with private cottage rentals is for guests to leave the property as they found it including cleanliness. Therefore cleaning isn't included in the rates but you can pre-arrange to have the cleaning done for an additional fee if you prefer - $50 for a weekly rental; $25 for a weekend rental. Cleaning equipment & supplies are provided.

Household Supplies

Toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, sugar, dish soap, garbage bags, and drinking water will be supplied. Any other paper or toiletry products are your responsibility.

Linens

Blankets, pillows, dish towels, and dish cloths are provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels unless you pre-arrange to have them supplied ($10 per person for sheet sets and towels).

Garbage & Recyling

Containers and bags are provided for garbage and recyling and you are required to drop the garbage and recyling off at a designated location when you checkout.
