Enjoy your vacation at this pet-friendly, 3 bedroom waterfront home and be close to area attractions and amenities. This cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019). Cleaning is included. Linens are NOT included but can be added for a fee. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SPACE AND AMENITIES:

  • Accommodates a maximum of 6 persons age 10 and over, additional sleeping for 2 more persons age 9 and under (local by-law 4518-2019)
  • CLEANING & LINENS ARE INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out their garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy. Sheets, Bath towels, Bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied
  • ONE beach pass is included for use during your stay
  • Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap and shampoo.
  • Drinking Water: The water supply comes from a well, therefore Ontario water regulations advise that you either purchase drinking water or boil it before using it for drinking. A water cooler is provided for your use along with ONE complementary bottle
  • Features Included: Wi-Fi, TV/DVD & satellite, laundry, dishwasher, central air conditioning

  • Responsible pet owners and pets are welcome. Pet fee applies $75/week/pet or $16/night/pet; Max 2 pets. Dog kennel available

    This charming waterfront home is a year-round retreat located within a 10-minute walk of the beach and about a 20-minute drive from the conveniences of Picton. Brookhaven House is located next to County Road 18 on the west end of East Lake and near the gates of the Sandbanks Outlet Beach. One beach pass is included with your rental.


    Brookhaven House is ideal for gatherings of family and friends and it offers plenty of outdoor space. The water view deck complete with dining table adjoins the wrap-around veranda and there’s a screened area with comfy lounge chairs too. The covered veranda is accessible from the kitchen and the front door, and a wheel-chair friendly ramp allows access to both the veranda and deck. The large yard is ideal for a game of soccer or baseball, and there's a fire pit for evening bonfires too.


    While you're visiting Prince Edward County, take advantage of the wonderful scenery, country roads, sand dunes, beaches, golf courses, fishing, festivals, and farm markets that this island paradise offers. Enjoy a day of tasting and discovery at local wineries and fine dining establishments. Visit the museums, theatre, art galleries, artisans, and antique shops that abound. You won't want to leave and you'll definitely want to return!
