This charming farmhouse is a year round retreat located in a quiet rural area close to Milford and only 15 minutes from the Sandbanks beaches and 10 minutes to Picton. As The Crow Flies is perfect for gatherings of family and friends with lots of space both indoors and out yet it's cozy enough for smaller groups too. Relax and play on the shaded lawn, chill out on the back deck, grill a summer feast on the BBQ, take a stroll down the farm laneway, and watch the sun set over the fields.

Take a drive or walk into nearby Milford where you'll find a general store, a bistro, a library, a water dam and millpond, and the Mount Tabor Playhouse.

  • Bedrooms 2 & 3 with queen beds
  • Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds - semi-private (there is a walk-through to master bedroom on one side of the room)

Spacious living room overlooking the farm fields. TV and DVD with 'free-air' antenna reception. Upright piano for the music enthusiasts in the group.

Note: the fireplace is not currently operational

  • Toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dish & dishwasher detergent, propane, and garbage bags are supplied
  • Cleaning service is NOT included but can be provided for a fee ($60)
Policies
  • Maximum 8 persons - no more than 6 adults
  • No pets allowed however the owner's dogs visit the property regularly
  • No smoking inside
  • Check-in 4:00 pm; Check-out 11:00 am
  • High Season (Jul-Aug): weekly rentals with Sunday check-in/check-out
  • Low Season: 2 night min; 3 night min for long weekends
  • Rates include tax
  • $400 refundable security deposit required
