NEW LISTING!! Spend your 2022 vacation relaxing at Blue County House! A Victorian style waterfront home overlooking the waters of Adolphus Reach. Blue County House will comfortably accommodate a group of 6 adults (no more than this please as we must adhere to local licensing rules!) However, we can accommodate up to 8 guests as long as only 6 of the guests are 10 years of age or older. There are also no added fees! Cleaning and linens are included in the rental rate. Blue County House is a fantastic two level home, perfect for a family or friends getaway! It features an open and spacious layout with windows that capture gorgeous views of the bay. The water-view deck spans the width of the house and is likewise an ideal spot for enjoying the view and keeping an eye on the kids while they play in the yard. In addition, Blue County House features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms so it's quite comfortable for groups of up to 6 adults, plus two more kids aged 9 or under.

The large level yard is ideal for outdoor games, and for the swimmers in the group, there is 75' of pebble and rock beachfront for splashing to your hearts content. Go for a paddle! One child's size and two adult kayaks are there for your summer enjoyment! After spending a day playing in the water, you can grill a summer feast on the new Weber BBQ and dine under the sky on the deck overlooking the water. For a spectacular end to the day, gather around the campfire, roast marshmallows and watch the blazing sunset.

Located near the Prinyer's Cove Marina, about 20 minutes east of Picton. In Picton, you'll find groceries and all the basic supplies you'll need for your vacation. You will enjoy this quiet, scenic rural area in the east end of Prince Edward County known as Cressy. The natural beauty provides a great backdrop for cycling, strolling, or a memorable drive along country roads. Nearby you'll find the Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Company as well as several wineries. Take some time to visit the natural wonder of Lake-on-the-Mountain and from that viewpoint you can look down to see the Glenora Ferry crossing the bay below. You can also enjoy Rose Museum where you'll find information about the Loyalist history of this area. And what vacation would be complete without a trip to the Sandbanks Provincial Park which is about a 35 minute drive away. Two beach passes are included with your rental.

While you're staying in Prince Edward County, be sure to check out the other attractions including the many wineries and vineyards throughout this designated wine region. If you're looking for adventure, you can picnic at one of the many local beaches; relax at a spa; shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops; dine out at a fine restaurant or pub; play a round of golf; tour the County on bicycle; take a hike at the Dunes; try your luck at fishing; or check out the local farm markets. LINENS & CLEANING ARE INCLUDED, however before checkout, ALL guests are expected to do their dishes, remove all food, take out the garbage/recycling, move items back to original spots, and to leave the cottage tidy
Sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen linens, pillows, & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, garbage/recycling bags, and BBQ propane are supplied
Two beach passes are included for use during your stay
Guests are expected to bring their own personal supplies such as bath soap and shampoo & hair dryer.
Drinking Water: The water supply comes from a well, therefore Ontario water regulations advise that you either purchase drinking water or boil it before using it for drinking.

Large spacious and comfortable living room with a great view of the water and a propane fireplace to cozy up to during cooler weather. Here you'll find a flat screen TV with Roku box so you can log into your own Netflix account (no satellite or cable available).

75' pebble and rock shoreline, bottom goes out gradually. Bring your water shoes and floaty toys!
